Sign Ups for the first season of the PokémonWorld Leagues have begun! The PokémonWorld League is a gruelling test of a trainer's grit and determination. Trainer's need to perform consistently at a high level in the OU environment against a plethora of skilled opponents and various tactics. The leagues are one of the main annual tournaments held here on PokemonWorld, and the winner will be held in high regard, and awarded one of the prestigious PokemonWorld trophies:

Finally Nintendo are thinking... On top of the Arceus event this month, Nintendo have announced that the event for the Pikachu-Coloured Pichu will be distributed to people of Europe through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection between the dates of March 5th - March 26th. If you trade this Pichu to your HeartGold/SoulSilver games (due out March 26th), you can go to Ilex Forest and get a special Spiky-Eared Pichu =3

In the two weeks running up to the launch of Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver in the UK, from March 13th - March 21st, GAME will be hosting events in selected stores. You'll be the first to play HeartGold & SoulSilver, meet other Pokémon fans to trade, collect and battle to determine who is the best trainer. And if that weren't enough there'll be face painting and balloon modelling in selected stores and a Pokémon expert to give you hints and tips - who knows he may accept a challenge or two! I think we all know who this is now, if you go to events often! You'll have the chance to download the mighty Arceus to your copy of Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl & Pokémon Platinum! Don't forget to bring your DS lite, DSi or DSi XL with you. It's also now confirmed that GAME will be giving out the figures of Lugia & Ho-Oh for people who pre-order HeartGold & SoulSilver.

Arceus has moved from Germany and is now planning to visit Switzerland in the beginning of March in Zurich and Luzern.
